Program Quality Assessment and Consultation Service
A Youth Work Institute Course
Let the Youth Work Institute help you assess the quality of your program. The YWI has developed a process that is inclusive and collaborative, resulting in a clear plan and staff who are highly invested in improving quality. It includes on-site observation using the YPQA tool and a personal coach, and guides your team through a planning process to build on your strengths and highlight areas for improvement. The YPQA has been validated by research and is used extensively across Minnesota.
What you'll have when you walk away:
- A complete evaluation of your program's quality, including YPQA data scores and reports used for planning and evidence for funder and stakeholder progress reports
- A plan to improve program quality
