Beki Saito and R. Delroy Calhoun, husband and wife, talk about their experience as Howland Endowed Chairs, doing action research with a group of young people in their inner-core Minneapolis neighborhood, designed to increase awareness of and participation in youth programs and opportunities. Their work resulted in a the Youth Action Crew training and toolkit, now available through the Youth Work Institute.
