Online enrollment is currently open in all Minnesota counties. Our new enrollment provider this year is 4HOnline. In addition to greater reliability and capacity, 4HOnline is based on a "family login", allowing families to manage all youth and adult enrollments with one login.
- 4HOnline instruction guides for 4-H Families
- Introduction and quick-start (418 K PDF)
- Enrollment - detailed instructions (542 K PDF)
- Printing enrollment summaries and member health information (527 K PDF)
- Paper based enrollment alternative (forms to download, complete and submit)
- Instructions for Club Leaders (543 K PDF)
New (first time) 4-H Youth Members may be enrolled online, but their enrollment will not be finalized until a paper copy of the Authorization Statements is signed and mailed to Extension staff. The Authorization Statement document can be downloaded here: www.4-h.umn.edu/policies/4H-member-authorization-form.pdf. Signed authorizations can be mailed to your county or regional offices, located at: www.extension.umn.edu/about/offices/ (If the member was previously enrolled and signed authorizations are on file, another signed copy is not required.)
In addition to enrolling online, adults who will be regularly volunteering with their club or county must also complete the 4-H volunteer screening process, which includes a brief application, a 30-minute volunteer orientation and a background check. More information about this important process can be found online at www.4-H.umn.edu/volunteer
