Ambassador Planning Committee & Service Leaders

During our April meeting will put the finishing touches on the Showcase and continue working on our service projects for the year. Join us at our next meeting:

Ramsey County 4-H leader's council meeting

Our March Leader’s Council was cancelled due to weather, so we will have a make-up meeting in April. We will be continuing to plan for the county fair and other upcoming events. (APC youth will meet before the meeting from 5:30-6:30). Please contact Erica Gates if you have agenda items for the meeting and if you plan to attend.

Urban 4-H Showcase Event

The Urban 4-H Project Fair is an opportunity for youth to gain confidence in public presentation, share and learn from one another, and get positive feedback. Additional info.

Hennepin County federation meeting

Mark your calendar for the next Hennepin County Federation meeting. You won’t want to miss the April meeting, after all, the notoriously creative Victory Robbins club is hosting the activity. Ramsey County Arts In

Participants create a 30 minute musical revue production, to be performed at the Ramsey County Fair and the Minnesota State Fair. All participants sing, dance, and act in the show!

Bay Lake 4-H Camp

Join us for a unique island overnight adventure on Bay Lake! 4-H Camp is sponsored by the Urban 4-H Youth Development program at the University of Minnesota. Campers from all over the twin cities enjoy a week filled with fun challenges, leadership and teambuilding experiences, and exciting hands-on activities including arts and crafts, science, swimming, large group games, boating, environmental exploration, nightly campfires and more! National 4-H conference

The National 4-H Conference is a working conference in which youth and adults, at the invitation of the Secretary of Agriculture, assist in the development of recommendations to help guide 4-H Youth Development Programs nationally and in their communities. More info.

YELLO! conference

Youth Exploring Leadership and Learning Out Loud! is an annual statewide, four-day leadership conference with group discussions, workshops, service opportunities, challenging speakers and hands-on activities designed for youth. More info.
