4-H Science Trainings

Are you interested in science, technology, or engineering? The 4-H Science Trainings are designed for adult and youth volunteers who are interested in creating exciting science learning opportunities back in their county or regional area! The goal of the 4-H Science Trainings is to help adult and youth volunteers gain confidence and competence in the facilitation of science learning experiences with and for young people.

Training areas include: Robotics, Aquatic Robotics, Photography/Digital Media, and Engineering Design. The trainings will offer 12 hours of hands-on learning in one of four areas listed below, and include sessions on inquiry-based learning and the science abilities. Training is an important step toward achieving the goal of increasing science literacy in young people throughout Minnesota.
