Enrollment information
Families without Internet access may enroll using the alternative paper-based enrollment process.
New (first-time) 4-H youth members may be enrolled online, but their enrollment will not be finalized until a paper copy of the authorization statements is signed and mailed to Extension staff. Download that here: www.4-h.umn.edu/policies/4H-member-authorization-form.pdf. Mail the signed authorizations to your county or regional offices, located at: www.extension.umn.edu/about/offices/
4-H depends on caring adults who are willing to offer their time and talents to make a difference. If you are already screened and serving as an adult 4-H volunteer - thank you!! If you are interested in a volunteer role, the first step is to complete the volunteer screening process. Learn more at www.4-H.umn.edu/volunteer.
