Nicole Pokorney
Extension educator, educational design and development
Current work, research and interests
Nicole Pokorney has been involved with youth work for more than 15 years and has been with Extension for four years. Her work focuses on citizenship, 4-H shooting sports and wildlife, quality, educational design and development and service learning resources for staff. She has co-written a revised national curriculum, Exploring Your Environment and serves on the board for the Minnesota Association for Environmental Education. Nicole is currently on a project team that is creating a yoga for youth program. She enjoys reading, camping, writing, and being a mother of three boys.
