Cecilia Gran
Former associate program director, Youth Work Institute; and state faculty member
Work, research and interests
From 1999-2012, Cece led curriculum development and facilitated courses on the practice of youth work and promoting positive youth development. Her work centered around helping adults understand the needs of young people, honing expertise and wisdom in practice, and working to enhance the development of the youth worker workforce. She has more than 15 years of experience facilitating adult learning, both in the nonformal education sector and in the child welfare system.
