Shop and Save Online Course
This free online course helps families save money at the grocery store.
Planning meals and making a list can go a long way in saving money at the grocery store. Being a savvy shopper can be a benefit to both your personal and financial health.
Through this course you will learn:
- Ways to identify how stores get you to part with your dollar.
- Valuable tools to save money at the grocery store.
- Ways to get healthy fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins into your diet on a budget.
This course is free and takes about an hour to complete. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate.
