Simply Good Eating Booklet(Simply Good Eating for Health Comparison Cards CD — Spanish)

This CD is part of the Simply Good Eating — Complete Curriculum. The CD contains an easy-to-print set of 35 colorful cards that help participants learn what nutrients are in common foods and how to substitute more nutritious foods for higher-fat and -sugar foods. It contains Spanish versions of the Simply Good Eating for Healthy Comparison Cards. This is a great discussion tool to be used with the Simply Good Eating for Health Book or other health-related lessons. The cards comply with the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPyramid and is recommended for EFNEP and FSNEP staff, other nutrition educators, and teachers.
