Minnesota State Fair Scholarship Program (formally known as Hallberg Scholarship)

Soybean Demonstration Scholarship

4-H Adult Scholarship: Workforce Re-entry

Helping Hands Grants

Application deadline: February 1 for April 1 funding
Funds projects that youth want to do. Read more.

Opportunity Grants

Application deadline: Typically in April
Supports capacity building and program enhancement. Read more.

4-H Animal Science Enhancement Funds

Application Deadlines: April 1 for summer and fall awards
November 1 for winter/spring

Grants up to $450. All animal science enthusiasts are encouraged to to apply for funding for creative projects. Read more.

Minnesota 4-H Dairy Endowment Fund

The 4-H Dairy Endowment Fund provides educational opportunities for 4-Hers and youth interested in dairy projects. Read more.

Awards

AMC 4-H Community Leadership Award

Nominations due: Typically in February
Recognizes a 4-H club for contributions and service to its community. Read more.

Key Award

Deadline: See local extension office for specific deadlines
Award to recognize 4-H members for outstanding contributions to 4-H and the community as citizens and leaders. Read more.

Salute to Excellence

Nominations due: Typically September 30
National recognition program for 4-H adult volunteers. Read more.

National 4-H Hall of Fame

Nominations due: Typically February 1
One outstanding Minnesota 4-H adult will be selected and submitted to the national committee. Read more.

Dan Patch Award

Applications due: Typically April 1
Yearly award to one 4-H individual for overall achievement, leadership, and service. Read more.

Paint Horse Essay Contest

Applications accepted January through August
4-H members involved in a horse project can win a paint horse of their own during the Minnesota 4-H State Horse Show. Read more.
