Healthy living can be easy and affordable. Making choices to improve our health can have lifelong benefits. From taking the stairs more often, to eating more vegetables and fruits, we all have the ability to improve our lives.
This 30-minute program discusses the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle and provides useful tips. Thanks to available resources, healthy choices are possible even with a limited budget.
